We will decriminalize the joint. The consumption of substances puo' not to be dealt like a crime. Within the end of september will be to introduce the bill in Parliament. To the center us will a different philosophy. Nothing jail: the advance arrives from the minister of the social Solidarity' Paul Ferrero and it's entrusted to the columns of "The Messenger" (Il Messaggero, an italian newspaper). In this sense he spoke of legalization.
"We will repeal the distinction between drugs to read itself and heavy. The elimination of the administrative endorsements joins, than in the life of a boy they produce to the same effect of one penal endorsement. I refer to the seizure of documents, the patent, the passport, the car and the small motorcycle". Ferrero have proposed to double the quantity of cannabis' (10 gr).
