if you go to the following page from the main website (by clicking the hempcity webcam link)

http://www.hempcity.net/webcam/index.php

then click the (Click here for the chat! (Popup window) link

this will open up a java chat client and connect you to the chat server

once connected you can change your nickname from the default one of HC_guet either by typing a new one in the box on the bottom right of the chat window or by typing the following command in the message send box

/nick newnick

HI Growzone, been busy lately, got green party confs and hemp expo's to get ready for, Granny Pat is going to be at both these events, and shes had some fantastic publicity lately, I moderate - not very well- on Encod, and LCA Forum, I just tried the chat, will have another go laters, as I do enjoy this site, and always, I'll try to pop in once in a while...
