This is great!! Thanks everyone for sharing your favorites, now I have some ideas for new music to enjoy. I've been listening to British pop that I was turned on to by the Trigger Happy TV show. It is quite meloncholy, a collection of favorites by Dom Joly. How funny, a man named Joly loves meloncholy music!! Anyway it reminds me of days spent in the UK and the Netherlands. Living in the US I can use a reminder of what it was like not being in a "police state".
Sure ya' can fight, but it's our wits that make us men!!

Hi FOlks,

one thing we do have an abundance of in the states is MUSIC, and TON's of it. I am posting this link to a "archive" of live music. The music crosses all genre's and some of the quality is better than others. I love all kinds of music except country music. One of my favorites right now is Perpetual Groove ( I think they sound like a fusion of Coldplay and Pink Floyd).

here is a link to the archive website.

HEre is a link to Pgroove's live show collection.

After smoking a big Jay it is a must do, to hear music.I prefer the sounds of NERD they are very chilled.I very dislike some hard rock.It is very hard for me to relax by these sounds.

Ray Charles is nice too.

I listen to variety of music when stoned, mainly because of the taste of stoner friends and cousins.

My personal collection of music mainly consists of the harder edge of dance music e.g. hardstyle, old school gabber, hard trance etc.

I also to relax like to listen to nice melodic trance.

I must recommend an album to all trance lovers that I bought.

it is by NU NRG and its called FREEFALL.

this is the most amazing, nicest mellow trance album I have ever heard.

not the usual commercial sounding crap, this is more along the likes of jean michelle jarre etc. more like composed music than just thrown together amazing layers of sound with nice instruments like strings and flutes :)

elliott smith is my favourite stoned music, very chilled.
also Diorama by silverchair, there's so many layers on that album, you need to be stoned to absorb them all.
