The Observer on Sunday still reckoned NOVEMBER but the Guardian on Monday said January of NEXT YEAR
and worse....
Blunkett is planning to make the MAXIMUM sentence for allowing people to smoke cannabis on your premises 14 YEARS (its only 5 years at present)....he's clear;y got it in for "cannabis cafes".
I feel lucky to have got away with an 18 month conditional discharge for my part in the DE!!
seriously folks, we DO have a FEW months to affect our future as cannabis smokers - if we want to have our own cafes/clubs/etc NOW is the time to say so .... nobodies gonna be that shocked that you smoke weed ... why not come out of the closet before its too late?

and get all the amature rippoffs and bandwagon jumpers
on another safer "cause"
