I'm pretty sure I've seen or read somewhere that smoking devices (waterpipes & vaporizers) are available for use at the shops....
My Questions are:
1) is there a Use Charge to use them?

2) Are they cleaned between uses?

1. Yes, I thought it was 1 euro for use.
2. Yup, they are cleaned up after use.
