Sativa coffeeshop raided and closed!!!

Coffeeshop Sativa was raided by about 20 officials today, Police, CityHall, Taxes and FIOD worked together in terrorisinng yet another coffeeshop...

They were successful, and found 500 grams more then the 500 grams we can have in stock according to the fLaw.

We have been told we will be closed for at least 14 days.

We''ll keep you informed, I fly to Holland tomorrow to talk to the Police and such.

When I sell A kilo per day, I pay my taxes over those sales, now they confiscated on day supply, wich we can deduct from taxes to come....

Strange, so the taxpayer is to pay the bill for weed destructed= Disgusting!

looks like special planned action to "touch" ww hmmm i'm sure ALL css in haarlem have every day more than 500g inside.
why sativa, but not regine cs, for example? too famous? too much rumours around it??
in any case it's not a good signal for all hempcitizen
...and tolerant but strange cannabis laws... that's clear, it's quite impossible to keep 500g-rule, mostly for css with large turnover...
but some points are not clear for me as "buitenlander" in holland cannabis laws
If the officials come to control your 500g in cs, do they weigh all kinds of canna-products (weed,hash, muffins, bars, dust from containers) or weed/hash only?
if they find 510g- is it the reason to close the guilty cs too, for 5-10g more?
Imagine that cs is very law-abiding In this case they must have a courrier who can quickly bring some amounts of weed after calling. But in this case it's illegal too, right? when courrier would been caught with the 100-200-500g of weed by the police he could been arrested, right?

So if you need some supporting, i'm allways ready to help our hempcity. ..

Nol thats a shame man, its terrible how they set it up so they can kick you down. I hate how thats set up, its supposed to just drop out of the sky, its a messed up system.

While we were raided, coffeeshop Maximillian was raided as well, they have also been closed.
Today, coffeeshops Regine and Key West were raided, Key West is closed, Regine seems to be back open.

We are in a warzone...

We have been taking all steps to go to court right after Easter weekend, we have spoken to police and a Lawyer.
Not such a good friday for coffeeshops in Haarlem, but down is not out.

To my best Knowlege the coffeeshopowners try and do their best to stick with the 'rather dumb' rules...
They are being taxed and checked by official tax. officers...
damn even the amount of lil plastic bags sold has to be counted nowadays...

In this respect I think you are 100% right in going to court over the confiscated LEGALLY TAXED weed...

....

And all this while the Youth nowadays is resorting to snorting crushed chemicals like Ritalin pills etc. that they are buying from the internet....
